RENTAL INFORMATION
Friday, Saturday and Sunday are typically the most popular days for formal gatherings in our banquet facility. In order to accommodate the demand for space on Saturday we have divided the day into two time blocks; 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to Midnight.

Monday through Thursday rates vary.
For less formal gatherings, a seasonal all weather pavilion is also available to accommodate your event. Available from May through October, this part of our facility is ideal for company outings, large family gatherings, and casual testimonial functions. Swimming, volleyball courts, and horseshoe pits are a few of the varied recreational activities available. Both venues offer full service beverage and food service facilities.
Please contact us with the details of your event and our staff will work with you to develop an economical format. Should our schedule be inconvenient for you please discuss your needs with our Function Coordinator.
Additional services are available at an added cost. Linen, catering, and photo vendors are available.
Due to Board of Health requirements and other considerations, the PACC requests that our clients choose from among a selection of preferred food service providers.
